That setting is configurable both globally/site-wide and on individual forms. Make sure that the setting is disabled in both places.
If it is disabled in both places, we’ll need to be able to replicate this problem somewhere. Causes for issues like this can range from caching problems to settings not saving, etc.
If disabling it on a form level doesn’t resolve things, pass along a link to where you are seeing the problem.
Also, please send along your System Info.
Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
That will give me some more context to be able to help.

Sorry, this is not related to forms. It’s on the “Edit Account” tab in the Donor Dashboard.
My options for anonymous giving and comments are disabled in the plugin. I’ve also disabled it in the forms for extra measure. The additional options still appear on the Donor Dashboard.
