  • Hi,

When opening the website with Inspect element in Chrome I get a list of 4 errors and 1 Warning, all of them coming coming from ShareThis Plugin, here’s the message:

Failed to execute ‘write’ on ‘Document’: It isn’t possible to write into a document from an asynchronously-loaded external script unless it is explicitly opened. adframe.js:1

Uncaught TypeError: l.data.match is not a function
    (anonymous function) @ st.///////long code/////////////.js:1 buttons.js:1

Uncaught TypeError: l.data.match is not a function
    (anonymous function) @ buttons.js:1 buttons.js:1

Uncaught TypeError: d.split is not a function
    stLight.messageReceiver @ buttons.js:1 buttons.js:1

Uncaught TypeError: l.data.match is not a function
    (anonymous function) @ buttons.js:1

Why is that? And how can I solve it?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Ypsi22 – I had this exact issue. Turned out that it was a Chrome extension I had installed (never did figure out which one – I just disabled the lot, then added back the ones I was genuinely using. It wasn’t one of those).

Try disabling all your extensions to see if it fixes the issue, and then re-enable one-by-one to see if you can isolate the culprit.
