When I try to access my annual report via the email sent from wordpress.com it says:

Sorry, this report is only visible to members of this site.

Even when I'm logged in (to both wordpress.com & my dashboard). Advice anyone?? Anyone having the same issue? Anyone know how to resolve

I'm having the same problem. I've tried it on Firefox, Chrome and IE but I still get that "Sorry, this report is only visible to members of this site."

Anyone else having this issue, and has anyone found a solution?

I've managed to access mine by going into Safari, wiping the history, temp files and cookies and then clicking the link in the email and logging in. It was not easy though, or convenient.

You'll need to log in to the WordPress.com account you used when you connected Jetpack to WordPress.com.

If you forgot your password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
    http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If you forgot the account you used, you can go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, disconnect from WordPress.com thanks to the button in the top right corner, and reconnect using a WordPress.com account you can log into. As soon as you reconnect, your Jetpack data will be back and you will be able to access that report with that account!

    Hello Jeremy
I just noticed the link to the Annual Report but had the same reported issues like others in this thread.

I tried logging in with wordpress.com account to no avail. When I go to My Blogs within wordpress.com screen, I click on Stats and automatically logged out.

Is the Annual Report still available?

    Thank you

The Annual report is indeed still available. Could you send us an email with more details about your site and your WordPress.com account? We'll be able to check if your WordPress.com account is correctly associated to your Jetpack site.
    Thanks!

I don't use a wordpress.com website. I have several self hosted WP sites, associated to that account to use the JetPack stats. I just sent the Support Request. Thanks!

    Hi,
Here's what I did to workaround this strange behavior (drove me crazy for 3 weeks):
    1. open chrome in incognito mode (CTRL_SHIFT+N>
    2. Enter the '' site URL to the incognito
    e.g. http://jetpack.me/annual-report/31161980/2013/

    3. login with WordPress
    4. now you can see the report, if you wish to make it public (like I wanted), press the upper-right 'make public' link.

    result:
Now you + anyone can see this report.

    Hope it helped.

Good one, Shloemi, and just forgot the browser has incognito mode. It helped solve some persistent cookies issues. Thanks!

Hello guys. Again, I only can access these reports only by using the browser's incognito mode. I can indeed login with wordpress.com but when entering the url for the reports, it's kind of auto-logout thing.
Nevertheless, the only solution looks like incognito mode (and making it public, if desired). Still puzzled about this :)

Have happy new year to everyone!

Cleared both. Dont work. It's some craziness at Google Chrome level :) Never mind. It works on incognito mode.
