 * I am using the greenlush template,
    And I really find the “——” on each post really
   annoying.
 * I wish to stop this from happening but how?
 * [http://www.RnbUncovered.Com](http://www.RnbUncovered.Com) if you wish to see
   if for yourself

 * have a look through the theme files for those dashes and see what you can find.

 * Go into your template’s directory – wp-content/themes/your_theme/
 * Open up your index.php
 * Back up index.php by saving it as “index0.php”
 * Look inside the code where you see “——————————–” and delete every instance of
   it.
 * Save it as index.php, and test it.
 * If it breaks your layout, then open up “index0.php” and save it as “index.php”,
   although I don’t think it should break your layout.
 * Hope this helps.

 * has nothing to do with your index php file
 * it is the css to your size 5 header. it has a 1px dashed border. if you want
   no line at all take that part off
 *     ```
       h5 {
           	border-bottom: 1px solid #666666;
       	font-size: 1.05em;
       	font-weight: normal;
       	}
       ```
 * . or if you want a solid line replace it with this
 *     ```
       h5 {
           	border-bottom: 1px solid #666666;
       	font-size: 1.05em;
       	font-weight: normal;
       	}
       ```

 * Hi, Thanks! It did work.
    But is there a way of having the dashes just under
   the published on…etc.

 * yea, edit your index.php file and change that part of the date to a different
   header size like h4 (make sure it is not in your css already) then add it
 * h4 {
    border-bottom: 1px dashed #666666; font-size: 1.05em; font-weight: normal;}
