# Annoying problem logging in

 * I know my username and password, but whenever I try to login with it, it never
   lets me. This problem has just started recently.
 * When I put in the correct username and password and press enter, it just reloads
   the form, rather than telling me it’s incorrect. If I enter my username and an
   incorrect password, the box shakes and tells me it’s wrong.
 * I have to reset my password each time, even though i reset it to the same password.
 * What’s more strange is, when I open a new incognito window and login then it 
   works, it just doesnt work on a normal browser window :/

 * If it works in an Incognito window, it’s likely either an extension or a cookie
   conflicting.
 * Try temporarily deactivating all of your browser’s extensions. If that resolves
   the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the problem.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache.

 * Done both and it still doesn’t work.
 * I know I’m putting the correct username and passowrd in, but the box doesn’t 
   shake, and simply puts me back again. If I put in the wrong password it shakes,
   saying I have put the wrong password in…

 * And yet it works in an Incognito window? Can you try a different browser, like
   Firefox?

 * Oh, it may be because I was going straight to mydomain.com/wp-admin rather than
   mydomain.com/wp-login.php!
 * Thanks for your help, I’ve resolved the problem. I feel silly!!
