    Hi,

I just installed the free w3 total cache plugin and enabled object cache by mistake. Since then I tried several things and nothing helped the website work normally. I am suspecting the object cache broke the codes. I don’t know what exactly has happened to my elementor website.

The problem is, it is not loading the animation like element fade in animation in product page and since it is in fade state at first, it’s not even being visible. Similarly in homepage, the counter widget is not counting the number and stand at 0 only. I checked even in editor, it shows same 0 l, no matter what I change the end counter number to.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @noum7

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share your website URL?
Have you tried to disable Object Caching in Perfomrance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists?
    Thanks!

    Hello @noum7

    Thank you for the information.
Can you please confirm that W3 Total Cache is currently active on your website?
If so, please check if the option ” Disable jquery-migrate on the front-end” is enabled in Perofmrance>General settings>User Experience, and disable it, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists?
    Thanks!
