– What theme do you use?
– What animation style did you pick? and what other settings did you set for the animated text block?
– Is there other Block related plugins activated alongside Gutenverse plugin?
– Any other details that might help.

No problem with the slightly delayed reply. I do not consider it a meaningful delay in any way.
The faulty display was on a page with an extremely short lifespan – of less than a day – to highlight a “Meet & Greet” social event on the afternoon of publication. Consequently, the page has expired and been taken down. I had ended up just using a static image in place of the animated attention-getter.
The main reason I raised the issue was to make you aware of a possible problem.
I will be happy to reproduce a simulation of the presentation that caught my attention. I will do that and make a private “demo” page available to you, complete with all the annotations I can think of to insert on that page to help you get to the root of the issue. However, that will take me at least a day to get to, so just stand by, and I’ll send you a link to that private posting when I get it coded.
In order to get to that page, will you be able to come through a proxy with a [*******]
IP address? If not, send me the country of origin, and I’ll add an exception to our international IP blocks for your use only.
