Android phones not able to use form.

I’m still kinda new to the wordpress thing. I’m using contact form 7 in the Exclusive theme. I have a lot of complaints lately that people aren’t able to use the form from their mobile device. I’ve searched the forums and found some from 5 months ago, but nothing seemed to be resolved. I have tested the contact form on different phone platforms and it seems that the IPhone is the only one that it will work on, at least the IPhone 6 that is. I can’t get it to work on my Note4 or any other Android product.
I just need some help or a point in the the right direction, I’m losing to many customers to this issue.
