I don’t know! The plugin is conceived to be the more independent as possible from themes and plugins but with classical functionalities (search, categories, tags and widget). If you try it with this theme, don’t hesitate to let me know how it works.

It doesn’t. That said, the theme does have a lot of features that aren’t compatible with custom post types
The plugin is a custom post type and creates it automatically. If the pugin is not compatible with custom post type, the only way is to work on the function.php of your theme, I guess. You should ask the theme’s creator how to fix it.
