Anchors to sections not working

    Anchors to sections not working WordPress
    I made a page based on the Onepress theme. Unfortunately, links to the section (ex. #contact) do not take any action. After logging into the admin panel, everything works fine. After clicking on the link, the page goes down to the appropriate block.
