Can you share a link? Are you using the target id’s as anchors as explained in the documentation?: http://plugins.twinpictures.de/plugins/collapse-o-matic/documentation/#kraftwerk

Try removing the expanded=”true” attribute, as this is not required to expand an collapse that was triggered by the anchor url.

Thanks very much for the reply!

I did use id anchors as explained in the documentation, and I see that including the ID expands the content by default, so that when I remove the expanded=”true” attribute, items are expanded when reaching them from a link that contains the anchor. However, items are now collapsed by default, so that when I browse to the page from a link that does not contain the anchor, items are collapsed.

I imagine I’m missing something simple. If not, then I’ll share a link. Thanks for the support!

Now I think we see the issue, if using an anchor link with the expand=’true’ attribute, the link will de displayed as closed. We’ll look into this and get back to you. Thank you for your patience and feedback.

Please download version 1.5.11a direct from The Plugin Oven. Version 1.5.11a addressed the the issue of using ID anchor links with elements that have the expanded attribute set to true.

Once you have installed and tested this version, please let us know if it resolved the issue on your end.
