# Anchor Text

 * I have a blog on computers. It is hosted on my servers. When I make a reply to
   a comment, I would like to have a link with anchor text as a part of the reply.
   Can this be done>
 * I did a search and didn’t find an answer to my question. Thanks in advance.

   to put a link in your comments?

 * Sorry, I meant to delete this one and leave the other in “How to”. I don’t think
   I stated my problem very well. As Admin of a blog, I am trying to reply to a 
   comment. I have been doing this from the site page. What I would like to do is
   end the comment with a sentence that contains a keyword that is a link back to
   my main site. I can get the link back but but when I add the keyword the link
   reverts to plain text. I was doing this using: [cheap fuzzy red widgets](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/anchor-text/mydomian.com?output_format=md)
   If i just put [http://mydomain.com](http://mydomain.com), the link works.
