Anchor link to top of posts page?

    The huge splash image is super awesome and I love it, but it does make it not so obvious that the user can scroll down. On the posts page, especially, this is an issue. Is there a way to make the link in the highlight that I’ve set to link to the posts page an anchor link that jumps the reader down to the top of the content area on the posts page?
