It seems your PHP version is less than 5.5
I recommend you should upgrade your PHP version to 7.2

Thanks, I’m sorry but not sure what you mean by PHP version, are you saying I should update my wordpress theme itself please?

Hello, can anyone clarify on this please?

    Hey!

    1. No, you don’t need to update your theme.
    2. Contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version to 7.2

After this update, test your site and then install Analytify.

    Hope this helps, Thanks.

Oh alright, Godaddy says with my current hosting plan php can only go up to 5.6 so I will need to upgrade my hosting plan and migrate the website files over to the new plan, will work on it thx!

Yes, Analytify works now, just writing to say thanks a million for your help! Best regards, Mike.

    Thank you!

Oh, sorry, just one thing please, Analytify works problem free on one site of mine but after the php update issue was fixed then having installed on the other site, since then no data is showing.

Upon installing I had synced it to google analytics and that is also not showing any data too so I am trying to figure this out and just wish to check here if there might be some setting somewhere which I might need to check to get analytify to show data please?

I had thought that maybe no one has visited the site but since I myself have been going to the site from searching my keywords on google then clicking on the search results to go to the site it should be showing at least that?

    Hi mikehende,

Could you please make sure that “Install Google Analytics tracking code” is checked under Analytify Settings -> Profile tab.

Hello yes, that was checked, please see attached screenshot. It’s not important for me to use GA, I only selected it because it was showing as an option. I am just wondering if choosing GA might be interfering with Analytify?

May I know your website link where you are using Analytify. So I could check if there is any issue.
