 * Hello
   Suddenly our analytics in WooCommerce are wrong. First the number was much
   too low and then I went to -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> and Cleares Analytics
   Cache. But now the sales are too high! It shows a total sales of 16’242.42 and
   net sales of 15’084.21. But when I count all the orders it’s in realitity a total
   sales of 13’582.67. Also with the plugin Export Order Items it is 13’582.67.
   What to do?

 * Hi [@julasiae7](https://wordpress.org/support/users/julasiae7/) ,
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * I understand that there are inconsistencies being displayed in the WooCommerce
   Analytical data, is this correct?
 * Can you please do the following, in this same order, and see if this resolves
   the issue:
    - Navigate to **Analytics →** **Settings**, scroll down to **Date type** , and
      select **Date Created** on the dropdown:

    - Navigate to **WooCommerce →** **Status → Tools**, and click on **_Clear Analytics
      Cache_**
    - [Import Historical Data](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/?quid=03919a35b8241620a499f5271f0d90ec#analytics-settings__import-historical-data)
 * Let us know how this goes!
