analytics still gathering data

hi there,
Site Kit Analytics still gathering data msg. in incognito window

• In Different Browser not logged in. Analytics shows realtime 1 user
• Also, Analytics for this property has users from this week.
• I set Site Kit up last week on 7/17/21
• site health does not seem to be a plugin but it is included in WP 5.8. I am including the Site Kit info below
• I also added the tag in customize>Theme Options>header/footer scripts>Header Scripts on 7/22/21
