Analytics -> Revenue -> Refunds is showing incorrect amount

When I look at Analytics -> Revenue -> Refund, it is showing the incorrect number for data before mid-March 2023. Anything after mid-March 2023 seems to be fine.
I copied it to staging and tried the following:
WC -> Status -> Tools -> Update Database and Clear Analytics Cache
WC -> Status -> Tools -> Reimport Historical Data
Turned off all plugins except WC.
Switched to default WP Twenty twenty two theme.
The refund number is still incorrect.
Is there something else I should try?

Found this thread and it worked.

Must do it in this order.
- Navigate to Analytics → Settings, scroll down to Date type , and select Date Created on the dropdown:
- Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache
- Import Historical Data
