    Hello,

    A client of mine is having an issue when they attempt to export a CSV orders report in the ‘Analytics’ section of Woocommerce. After filtering to the desired results, they click ‘Download’, which generates an email to be sent to them. Said email has a link to download the CSV file, but when opening the CSV file, no data is present.

    I’ve been unable to reproduce this error myself, so I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this issue, and how they solved it. Also, is there a place where I, as the website host and administrator, can view a log of these exports and even download them myself either from the WordPress back-end or the database?

    Finally, sometimes when I go to export a CSV file, WordPress allows me download it directly from the back-end, and at other times it sends me an email with the CSV instead. Is there something specific that triggers the email delivery rather than allowing me to download it directly?

    Hi @jbslettebak,

    I have run into that situation before. If I recall correctly, the request was causing a fatal error on the site.

    Try going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and use the drop-down at the top to find any fatal error logs that match the date when the report should be downloaded. Then click the view button.

    Hopefully, there will be some error messages here to help point us to what’s at the root of the problem.
