Analytics Parsing for form fields

    I’m trying to get info from Google Analytics (based on visitor’s GA cookie) into a hidden input field on a form I’m submitting. I’ve set-up the HTML hidden input tag, but can anyone provide some php or jscript code I can paste into the value attribute of this tag which would read and insert the GA info (I’m specifically looking for campaign source/name/medium/term/content and if possible dates of first/previous/current visit and number of visits)?

    By the way – I DONT wan’t to use contact from 7 “found” analytics for this – I have that installed and it works for contact form 7. But this is for an HTML form.
