# Analytics Not working

 * I have added plugin, did proper configurations as per steps mentioned but analytics
   data not updated in Google Analytics account.

 * We have adopted the new GA tracking method “gtag.js” but you have implemented
   legacy UA script via another plugin on your store so you haven’t enabled “**Add
   Global Site tracking code ‘gtag.js’**” from the settings. To know the exact culprit
   for this, kindly go to the [FAQs](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/#faq)
   of our plugin.
 * **Solution:**
 * add ‘gtag.js’ script in your store or enable the option “**Add Global Site tracking
   code ‘gtag.js’**” from the settings.

 * I have tried same on development server, but its not working even after this.
 * On development server, I have disabled other plugin and enable the option “Add
   Global Site tracking code ‘gtag.js’” from the settings.
 * But no benefit.
 * If you want, I can share credentials to verify.
