Hi there!

Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the error log. I have checked this and the error indicate The error “Call to undefined function get_field()” indicates that your theme is trying to use the get_field() function from the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin, but ACF is not loaded

However, it may not be related to the issue you are facing. To assist you better, I would suggest running a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and activating a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Five. Then, check if you still experience the same issue.

Hi there!

Thank you for the update. Could you please keep the plugin deactivated, then go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and clear the following:

WooCommerce transients – Clear
Expired transients – Clear
Clear template cache – Clear
Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
Clear customer sessions -Clear

After that, clear your browser cache and check the issue again. If you still face the same issue, I would suggest trying to log in to your site dashboard using an incognito/private window to see if the issue persists there as well.

Hi,
Deactivated all the plugin except Woocommerce. Did the following things

WooCommerce transients – Clear
Expired transients – Clear
Clear template cache – Clear
Clear analytics cache

Still i am getting the same error.

When the plugin was On, this message was showing in my dashboard

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and all the steps you have already tried. I can see how this lingering Analytics error would be quite disrupting, and I am here to help you get things moving in the right direction.

From the screenshot, one important detail stands out. Your site shows 7,159 orders currently out of sync between the posts table and the HPOS orders table. When HPOS is enabled but the tables are not fully synced, WooCommerce Analytics can run into JavaScript errors, including the “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘replace’)” message you are seeing.

This sync status needs to be addressed first because the Analytics dashboard depends entirely on properly indexed and synchronized order data.
Here is what you can do next:
• Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features
• Look for the HPOS section where the sync message appears
• Click Sync orders now and allow the process to run to completion

Once the sync finishes, reload the Analytics dashboard and check if the error clears up.

A few additional notes that may help clarify things.
The Legacy REST API plugin being active alongside HPOS can cause warnings, but it should not be the direct cause of this specific Analytics issue. The out-of-sync orders are much more likely to be the reason for the failure.

Clearing caches, disabling plugins, and switching themes were great steps on your end, but Analytics requires fully synchronized HPOS data before it can load charts and reports correctly.

If you can run the sync and then share a screenshot of the updated sync status, I will be happy to guide you further based on the outcome.

Hi @karthik92, I get your concern about wanting to ensure nothing breaks on your site. Could you clarify which specific step you are referring to when you ask if it might affect your site or database?

Regarding the earlier recommendation to sync your out of sync orders, this action will not break your site or cause database issues. It simply aligns your existing order data, and it is safe to run. Taking a backup beforehand is always a good practice if you want extra peace of mind.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see that Compatibility Mode is not enabled. Could you please refresh the page, enable Compatibility Mode, and then try syncing the orders again to see if that works?

If you still face the same issue, please go to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions and check if any actions related to order syncing are pending or appear to be completed.
