Hi @ffernandes9747,
>My Analytics account not show the correct values of my Woocommerce Store,
Are you referring to the reporting and data analysis tool you have here WooCommerce > Analytics or are you looking at the data in some other Analytics account?
>it show less amount on sells and the top products are not the same as well.
Are you checking the top products under Leaderboards section of the Dashboard?
A little more information will help me troubleshoot your problem better!
Thanks for the response.
I talk about the Google Analytics.
In my Google Analytics account, some ordes doens’t appear in the backoffice of my Woocommerce website and vise versa.
Hey there!

The WooCommerce reports might count more orders due to this setting:

I am not sure how GA handles things, but that would be the first settings I would check to see whether that is causing a discrepancy.
Hi,
I don’t have this settings page.
Hi @ffernandes9747,
>I don’t have this settings page.
Could you tell me if you are checking it from here:
WP-Admin Dashboard > Analytics > Settings
Settings”>

Are you able to access this area on your site?
Thanks.
It’s possible that because I use GDPR Cookie Compliance (CCPA, PIPEDA ready) plugin, the count it not the same if the user don’t allow the compliance?
Best Regards,
