Analytics integration Lite version

    I have installed the plugin in the Lite version, I am testing the integration with Analytics, but it does not log events, this feature is supposed to be available but I don’t see it working, can you tell us if we have to pay for the pro version, or are we doing something wrong?

    Hi,

    It should work the same way on both releases.

    First, make sure you have the gtag.js tracking code implemented on your website.

    Hi,

    On the web we have implemented but via GTM, is it compatible?
    Or it takes time to appear in Analytics, in case you have to let a longer time pass and in real time is not reflected?

    Hi,

    At the moment gtm.js is not yet supported, only the gtag.js and the ga.js implementations.

    As far as I know, there is a way to trigger events programmatically via GTM as well, but I need to study that first – there might be some limitations.
    I have added this to the upcming feature list, some form of this is going to be implenented for sure.
