# Analytics Hell

 * I’m having problems with Woocommerce analytics. I can’t import. I can’t get rid
   of the “get started” message. I can’t disable analytics. Here’s a video showing
   the specifics:

 * Is there a simple way to disable analytics? I’d rather just not have to deal 
   with it for the time being.

 * The message has gone away, so that’s good. But the import still churns away forever.

 * This issue was caused by either (1) Jetpack wasn’t working, or (2) I have the
   site directory password protected via .htacess. It’s working now. Marking as 
   resolved.
