 * I’ve regularly had problems with the Analytics page on WordPress not displaying,
   as shown in the screenshot. The reload does not fix the problem.
 * > [View post on imgur.com](https://imgur.com/a/d39ifrq)
 * This appears to be linked to plugins, meaning I have to deactivate/delete many
   plugins I want to use. This issue now seems to be linked to the GenerateBlocks
   plugin. However, if I deactivate this it completely impacts the design and look
   of by website, which uses the various blocks.
 * How can I fix the issue of the Analytics not displaying but without deactivating
   the plugin which seems to be causing this issue?

 * Hello [@pawsomebeads](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pawsomebeads/), thanks
   for reaching out.
 * Looking at the screenshot, I can see a reload button. Could you please confirm
   what happens once the reload button is clicked?

 * As you’ve mentioned above, the issue seems to be related to a plugin. Does deactivating
   the plugin show the Analytics data?
 * You can make a clone of your site by [creating a staging site](https://jetpack.com/blog/create-a-staging-website-on-wordpress/)
   and troubleshooting the issue further on the staging site. You can switch to
   a default theme like Storefront and have your active plugins and check if the
   same issue exists once the theme is switched. Here are details on [how to run a conflict test](https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/).
 * Looking forward to assisting you further.

 * Hello thanks for your reply. The reload button doesn’t fix the error, just refreshes
   and same issue persists with the analytics not displaying.
 * I’ll give your suggestion above a try with cloning the site.
 * Thanks

 * Hi [@pawsomebeads](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pawsomebeads/),

 * Please keep us posted of how the tests goes. I’ll leave you with a quick guide
   and some important considerations that’ll help with troubleshooting this through
   a conflict test.
 * To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then
   check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll
   want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update
   or fix for you.
   If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate
   all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem,
   re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each to see
   where the issue is coming from.
 * **Some important considerations**:
   — Be sure you have a good backup in place
   of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality,
   or you can consider using a service like [**Jetpack**](https://jetpack.com/).
   If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.— Also, you can consider
   using a plugin like [**Health Check & Troubleshooting**](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
   This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community, and it is helpful to disable
   plugins without affecting your current site visitors.— It is also important to
   consider staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production
   site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use [**WP Staging**](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)
   to spin up a new test site quickly.You can find more about this in this [**guide**](https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/).
   Please let us know about your findings.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi, I created a staging site and deactivated the GenerateBlocks and GenerateBlocks
   Pro plugins and this resolved the issue of the analytics not displaying, but
   created further issues as these plugins’ blocks has been used across the website
   and this has completely changed how the website pages displays content.

 * Hi [@pawsomebeads](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pawsomebeads/)
 * In this case, it would be best to reach out to the Generate Blocks’s developers
   for further assistance. Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide
   support for (please see our [Support Policy](https://woo.com/support-policy/)).
 * I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction
   to get the job done.
