  • In some cases, my analytics tell a same purchase days later again.
    Do you know what it can be? If the person is reloading the order-received page?

    Have you enabled the option “Do not track orders as being tracked”?
    Normally the plugin flags all orders so that transaction data is only included once and not during further visits of the same order received page.

    Thank you for the quick reply: this is then the reason for seeing the same transaction multiple times. When your users revisit the order received page either using a bookmark or the link send in the confirmation email, e-commerce tracking will push the same data towards Google Analytics and other vendors that you have setup within GTM.

    This option is there because in some rare cases (especially with iDeal here in Europe) the protection in the plugin that would prevent such duplicate tracking hinders proper order tracking. But for most cases, this option should be left unchecked.
