Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked your site and I can see there are various optimizations performed which may be impacted your Site Kit placed Analytics snippet – providing you’ve allowed the plugin to insert your Analytics code. I don’t see any valid Analytics snippet at present.
If you want to share your Site Health information here or privately via this form I can check your current configurations.
Alternatively you can also temporarily deactivate any caching or optimization plugin while ensuring Site Kit has inserted Analytics code on your site, before then using https://tagassistant.google.com/ or the analytics.google.com real time traffic report.
Let me know of the above anyway. Be sure to share your Site Health information if you’d like me to investigate this further.
hi
ive sent the site health in the form
tried disabling breeze (cache) and purging cloudflare (CDN) to no help
when logged in the tag exist
only when logged out it doesnt show
Thanks for sharing your Site Health information, unfortunately the information provided didn’t include your full output as per “Tools > Site Health > info > Copy site info to clipboard“. No worries however, based on your additional information it does seem your Breeze or other plugins are impacting your Site Kit placed snippet, in particular if the snippet is appearing for you as a logged in user, I suspect the optimizations you have via third party plugins only apply to non logged in users.
To troubleshoot this further can you temporarily deactivate Breeze and inform me once done? I can then check your site once more, before we can then troubleshoot your particular configurations if we can determine the cause.
i deactiveted it again and it wordked
found out that probably the combine JS option did it so i excluded the https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-…
does that make sense? or did i do nothing and the problem will just reappear in a few days
Thanks for the update, great to hear that worked for you. Providing you applied the exclusion then this should remain in place.
In order to ensure your site remains being tracked you can also regularly check in and view your Analytics reports within Site Kit, or simply check the status using https://tagassistant.google.com.
If you have any further queries going forward be sure to reach out. After you get a chance to test out the various dashboards please also sharing leaving your plugin feedback, we’d love to hear how you’re finding the plugin or any thoughts on plugin improvements or features.
