# Analytics does not show data

 * When entering the woocommerce Analytics page, it shows an error and does not 
   display any data.

 * I understand that when navigating to **WooCommerce > Analytics**, it is not showing
   any data and an error message is being displayed, correct?
 * When you mean error message, is this the console errors on your screenshot above?
 * Meanwhile, for us to check this further. Can you please try to do the following
   solutions below and see if this works?
    - **WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache**
    - [Import Historical Data](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-historical-data)
 * If the following steps above did not resolve the issue, please share your **System
   Status Report** that you can find via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system
   report` and then `Copy for support`. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it 
   into your reply here.
 * If you could also provide the **fatal error logs** (if any) under `WooCommerce
   > Status > Logs`.

 * I have done the above steps and still the error, I attached the system report

 * I am able to see that you have an outdated version of WordPress, can you try 
   updating this and see if it makes any difference?

 * Please ensure that you have a good [backup](https://woocommerce.com/document/backup-wordpress-content/)
   of your [full site and database](https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/)
   in place before doing the updates, so that, should something go wrong, you are
   able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.
 * Additionally, I see that you have shared a screenshot of the browser console 
   errors, however, can you please share a screenshot of the **Analytics** page 
   so that we can have a better understanding of what you are seeing on your end?
