It can take some time for data to come through to Site Kit especially if the site has been newly connected to the services and data has not yet been collected on the respective platforms (Analytics and Search Console).
If there is data there, could you send your Site Health Information through this form so we can check the connection?

From the details and looking at your site’s source code, it looks like you’ve added Site Kit’s tracking snippet to the site. So there should be tracking occurring.
1) As a test, could you check the Real Time report while viewing the site logged out WordPress and let me know if it tracks your visit?
2) One other thing I notice when using the Tag Assistant extension is that you may have a Google Analytics 4 tracking ID linked to your Universal Analytics tracking ID.
Site Kit’s Analytics snippet currently only supports Universal Analytics tracking. GA4 tracking is on the roadmap and can be implemented using these instructions in the meantime.
In your Analytics account, are you viewing the Universal Analytics or the GA4 property?
