Hello, how are you? After updating wordpress 4.8.2. On the console started to present some problems with google ga. analyticsjs.js? ver = 4.8.2: 1 Uncaught ReferenceError: ga is not defined
at analyticsjs.js? ver = 4.8.2: 1. Is it something I should worry about? The plugin is great and helped greatly reduce the bounce rate of my site.

    Hi,

Did anything else changed? Plugin that adds Analytics script for instance? Maybe the way the script is added to your pages has changed?

I don’t get the error on any of my sites.

btw the plugin will still function with the error, but of course it’s better not to have it.

the error is appearing after the update in Line 1. Column 2270. I did not make any modification, only wordpress was updated 4.8.2.

    Hi,

I found a site with the same problem. When I switched off AdBlock Plus the error message was gone. I have to look into this.

I’m sorry for the late reply. Yes I use adblock. Were you able to solve what was happening with this message? After that the capture metrics always have differences!

When you use Adblock Plus and click on the icon next to the address bar and then Options. Have you enabled EasyPrivacy? If so, I can’t do anything, it even blocks Analytics…

I’ll let you know when I have had time to look at it. Might take a while.

Can you send me the url to okoth 1 [at] gmail? Then I can see if everything is OK on your webpage.

The only site where I get the same error as you is a site where I use the plugin but not the actual Analytics script. It could be that the Analytics script comes after the plugin script.
