Analytics Code Not Populating

It says that logging is enabled and it’s attached to the right UID, but on my Dashboard the widget just continually says Loading…

I have Jetpack activated and Widget Cache plugin, I’ve tried deactivating them but no changes.

Any tips for what I might be doing wrong?
