There are a couple of things we can check first to see if we can spot the reason this is happening. * First go to Analytics > Settings and see which order statuses are set to display in the reports. If they’re all excluded, then there won’t be anything to display. Most users exclude Pending, Canceled, and Failed orders only. * If that’s not it, then go to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions. Click on the pending link if it’s there. If the next pending action is set to the past it’ll say something like 3 weeks ago for the run time. * Pending scheduled actions in the past could indicate that the system isn’t able to perform things on a scheduled. I would suggest manually running the first “ past due” scheduled action and see if that gets the queue running. Data is imported into Analytics using scheduled actions so if these aren’t working then there may not be data to report. * If there are still schedule actions that appear to be stuck, then install the WP Crontrol plugin. It lets you see inside WordPress’s system for scheduled tasks. I got halfway with your solutions. By default, it seemed, all the statuses were excluded. All fixed on the Overview page. * However on the various detail pages, while some data is available they all have a nice big purple icon with “There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.” I can work through the other steps, but this seemed to be a different issue entirely. I found that my iThemes security plugin was the plugin that was causing the problem. Now that you’ve narrowed it down to the iThemes Security plugin, I would suggest doing some troubleshooting with its settings. It’s possible the issue is related to one specific feature or setting within the plugin. * You could try deactivating all features within it and then see if this works. If it does, then activate features one by one testing as you go. JSON was the problem. * I got lucky with some research when going the Site Kit research route and found that in iTheme, you need to: * 1. Log into your WordPress admin page. 2. Go to the iThemes configuration page( Security > Settings). 3. Click on the System Tweaks option. 4. Look for the Long URL Strings option. 5. Uncheck the Filter Long URL Strings option. 6. Click on Save Settings.` * After this tweak, all plugins and the Analytics were displaying properly.
