    Hi,

    I took a snapshot, imported some files and when I wanted to reset it failed and shows ‘An undocumented error has occurred’. Can you help ?

    Hi,
    Sorry to hear you’re having problems.
    Can you run some other WPR tools or do you get an undocumented error on all of them?
