Going from bad to worse

Yoast SEO used to be one of those “must use” plugins, for every site. After these last few updates though, I’m seriously reconsidering this. Each major update of late has been followed with 5 or 6 minor updates, quite often in the same day, because of the number of bugs that have been found. On top of that, the UI changes in this latest version are horrendous. This plugin is going downhill, extremely fast! And don’t get me started with the number of spammy dashboard notifications and adverts that it generates now. Use it if you must, but you’d be wise to check out other offerings first.
