An Image Slide and Text Slides Made From Posts?

    Hi! Slide Anything seems much more promising than most other slider plugins. I’m trying to find out if I can do something quite specific though…

    Can I make a slider that will have an image for the first slide, and all subsequent slides will be only text based, but these are auto generated from my latest posts (or perhaps my sticky posts)?

    No, unfortunately not. Slide content within Slide Anything sliders cannot be auto-generated.

    There are other plugins that can fit this bill – generating slide content from WordPress posts or custom post types. Unfortunately many of these will restrict you to predefined slide layouts.

    I am developing another plugin – “Slide Any Post” that will fit this bill, but that is still months away, so watch this space 😉
