An exceptionla plugin that has a very wide range of uses. Highly recommended

have used Formidable for basic (contact forms) to more complex applications (buliding online database to collecting complex data in collaboration with multiple users). Completely customisable. There is a learning curve but the documentation and support is excellent. The applications are only limited by your imagination. A very powerful and adaptable plugin .Well worth the $. Nothing else like it on the market as far as I know.
