• I have been using BasePress knowledge-base plugin now for over 18 months. I originally chose the plugin because of the ability to have multiple products segregated, i.e. separate knowledge-bases.
    Initially I used the free version, which was absolutely fine for my needs, however being a plugin developer myself I appreciated the effort it takes to build and support such a great product and the time it saves me; that I upgraded to the the pro version.
    The pro version does have some extra useful features, but the free version is in no way mean, but I have not regretted upgrading in anyway.
    I have used the support a couple of times, when I wasn’t sure of the best way of doing something and the support was always swift and helpful.
