    Hello @thanksdrive,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I tried submitting the form on your site and was able to reproduce the issue. I can see the same error message, and upon checking the browser console, there is a 403 error showing up. Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://share.zight.com/6qulQQB0.

A 403 error usually means that the request is being blocked by the server, often due to a security or firewall restriction.

To help isolate the issue, could you please temporarily deactivate any security, Cacahe or firewall-related plugins on your site and then test the form submission again?

This will help us confirm if any plugin is blocking the request.

Please let me know how it goes, and I will be happy to assist you further.

    Best Regards,
    Avinash

    Hi Avinash

Thank you for your email and help.

I have now disabled the Wordfence firewall and the cache from LiteSpeed. The form is still now working.

Quick update – the form does not work with the Wordfence firewall activated. It does when deactivated.

Also when activated it appears to work on the computer but not on mobile devices.

Please can you assist on how this can be corrected.

    Hello @thanksdrive ,

Thank you for the update and for testing this on your end.

From what you’ve shared, it clearly points to the Wordfence firewall blocking the form submission, which is why the 403 error appears when it is enabled.

However, I also tested the form on a mobile device, and it worked fine on my end. https://share.zight.com/KouXZoqz.

This suggests the issue may be related to how the firewall is configured or triggered for certain requests/devices.

To fix this, please try the following steps:

    1. Check Wordfence Live Traffic
    2. Whitelist the Blocked Request
    3. Disable “Enable Rate Limiting” (temporarily)
    4. After making changes, clear your site cache and browser cache before testing again.

If the issue still persists, please share a screenshot of the blocked request from Wordfence Live Traffic so I can guide you more precisely.

I’ll be happy to help you get this resolved 🙂

    Best Regards,
    Avinash
