[an error occurred while processing this directive] problem!

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my wordpress installation… in admin page and in homepage the browser show only the following message:

[an error occurred while processing this directive]
I think that the problem is caused by the interaction of the VirtualTheme and WPtouch plugins. I have searched on the net this solutions:

… but I don’t understand!

1) I have chequed the .htaccess fiile and only show the wordpress variables.
2) In MySql Admin panel I have deactivate all pluhgins with setting a:0:{} in the active_plugin table.

The problem persist!
