    Hi Vegard,

I’m sorry you have troubles with the plugin.

Apparently, this is a system issue: the machine that hosts your WordPress site cannot turn the “realfavicongenerator.net” domain name into an IP address.

How is your site hosted? If you use a provider, I suggest to contact its support team for more information.

Is your multi-site hosted the same way as your existing single site which was able to run the plugin successfully? If so, this is strange…

    Hi,

The issue resolved itself when I tried at a later time (few hours later). It works normally now, I did not do anything particular to fix the issue, so I can not give any feedback on how it was fixed.

Again, thank you for working on a great product. I love the ability to adjust the favicons for different devices, brilliant.

Hey thank you for the feedback!

Such issue can happen from time to time. A DNS was probably down and an administrator fixed the issue a minute later.
