    I installed the plugin and created an order using it, but in the order tracking bo when I entered its number for get its status, I got this message that is written in German:
    Für diese Auftragsnummer ist kein Bearbeitungsstatus verfügbar
    means:
    No processing status is available for this job number
    Please help me what is the problem that I get this error. I will be very grateful, if anyone guide me.

    Hi majid,

    Normally that means that no order exists with the order number you input. Could this be the case?

    What shortcode do you have on your page?

    Try creating a brand new order with a simple order number (e.g. “321”) and then try and track that order to see if displays.

    I used [tracking-form] shortcode in the page that I created for order tracking. I created an order in the setting page of the plug with a simple number 275, that I see it in the list of orders. But when I enter this number in the box that I created for use of customers, get that error. But now I get that message in English. I don’t know what is the problem. I use trial version of plug and wordpress version 4.2.12. Please help me.

    When I enter order number 275 and click “Track”, I get the following message:

    Maybe it’s those characters representing the number 275 that are creating the issue. Perhaps it is trying to find an order with an order number equalling those characters, but isn’t finding anything because the order number is actually saved as “275” and not as those characters.

    If you go to the “Orders” tab in the plugin admin, what does it show there for the order number, “275” or those characters? Could you send us a screenshot of your “Orders” tab?

    So it looks like that is indeed the problem. It’s searching for those characters, but the order number is “275” and not those characters. Can you try creating an order with those characters as the order number, instead, and then doing a search again? Does it find it?

    Also, what do you have set as the language for your site in your WordPress settings?

    Thanks a lot for your responses. The language of the wordpress in my site is Persian. When I enter the order number in for entering an order, the number is shown, in English characters, and I cannot change it. However the message that is written in the tracking page, shows the number in shown by Persian characters, as you see, and I don’t know its reason. Can you tell me how can I overcome this problem?

    I changed the language of wordpress to English and now in the error message the number is shown by English characters, but again the same error massage is shown, this time numeric characters are also English 275 that is seen in the list of orders.

    In that case, it’s very strange. While your WordPress site is set to English, you could try creating a new order from scratch, and then tracking that one, to see if it makes any difference.

    I just went to have a look at your site to see if there were maybe any hints in the developer console, but it doesn’t look like your using our order tracking form on that page any more.
