an awesome tool

I’m changing my 5star to 1 star. Please remove this annoying notice, it hides the content of admin pages, there is no close button, and even clicking on that “Tools” link, doesn’t remove this notice. It is extremely annoying and hijacking my wp-admin. For God’s sake, add a working close button there.
