    Hi

I have looked into Tools > Site health and there is a critical issue where an active PHP session has been detected.

It has been started but not closed.

I have tested the site on my test server with no plugins enabled and on removing the storefont templates (parent and child) the issue disappears.

I have also checked several of the websites that also use SotreFront and they ahve the same issue.

Please advise where the issue is and how it can be resolved or if you will be updating the theme shortly to resolve the issue?

I look forward to hearing your prompt response

  • Hey @dvharrison,

I tried just now on a few different servers where I have Storefront installed and I did not run into this issue on any of them. Here’s what I see in Site Health.

    storefront

If you can duplicate this on a fresh installation of WordPress with only WooCommerce and a fresh copy of Storefront active (just the parent, not a child theme), then please open up a new issue at GitHub.

    Hey @dvharrison ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks
