AMP url on 2nd page of multiple post pages

    Hi, I’m just tested your soon to be released 0.9.56.0 that already support <!--nextpage--> pagination on posts, why on 2nd page and more have amphtml url /?amp instead of just /amp/

    The first page have normal amphtml /amp/ anyway, though this could also accessible with using /?amp
