# amp-form supported?

 * Hi,
 * I’ve created a Post with a form and I want that form to appear in the AMP. I’ve
   followed the guidelines mentioned here: [https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-form](https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-form)
   and included the js extension required. But the form is not appearing in AMP.
 * I’ve tried to use the example code from: [https://ampbyexample.com/components/amp-form/](https://ampbyexample.com/components/amp-form/),
   replacing the form action urls with my website urls.
 * But this also did not work. There are no errors in the developers console.
 * Is amp-form supported by plugin? Can you please help me?
