Have you by any chance selected the Pinterest inspired theme for your related posts? If so, note that this theme always displays the double number of how many related posts you have set up in your plugin settings.
So if you wish to have six related posts themed as Pinterest, than it’s best if you set that number to three. And yes, the ‘Load more posts’ button is permanently displayed.

Thank you so much Silvo. I disabled the plugin until I could figure out how to set it up properly. Do you suggest manually adding an image for each post, ie page speed, image sizes, alt tags etc?

Well, you can insert images in your blog posts manually, as you have until now, but you can also try our other plugin called ‘Editorial Assistant by Zemanta’, which loads up as a widget in your create-new-post page and allows you to insert quality, related, copyright images from around the web. You can also link up your Flickr or Instagram account, so that you can insert them much more easier via your Zemanta widget.
