I am going to be converting this application to a gravity form. The one thing potential members have to do is navigate away from the page to find what they owe based on an amortization schedule. This is based on Join date and then dues amortized over the course of a year. They need to find their join date and then go down and find their dues to figure out what they owe. This generates a ton of calls to our office.

I am just wondering what the best way to go about this is? The functionality would be, they select a date and whatever date that is the amount owed would populate in the amount owed field. I assume I need a table somewhere for the date field to look at. Any thoughts on plugins that work with Gravity Forms for this or does Gravity do this in some way?

    Thanks Experts!..:)

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.gravityforms.com/support/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Hi James,

Ok, makes sense. I am new to the company so I don’t have our account information for GF but I kind of thought I might need that. Ok, I will run that down and then head over to the Support Channel.

    Thanks!
