 * The WP Mail log is not logging the emails being send by AMELIA booking plugin.
   
   Emails notificiations have been setup with SMTP.

 * As you have already tried 2 plugins and both are not logging then it means your
   plugin is not using standard WordPress mail functions to send the email.
    Please
   check with Amelia plugin’s author for more info on this.
