# Amelia Hangs

 * Ameila will not load and just hangs.
 * I’m getting the following error using the console:
 * [https://www.xxx.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/entities&page=appointments&types%5B%5D=categories&types%5B%5D=employees&types%5B%5D=locations&types%5B%5D=notifications&types%5B%5D=custom_fields](https://www.xxx.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/entities&page=appointments&types%5B%5D=categories&types%5B%5D=employees&types%5B%5D=locations&types%5B%5D=notifications&types%5B%5D=custom_fields)
 * [HTTP/2 500 Internal Server Error 1774ms]
 * I checked the server logs and there is no mention of any errors
 * I also tried using the default 2020 theme and disabling all other plug-ins.
 * The plug-in does not have any update notices and is running version Version 1.4.2
 * Site is running the latest version of WordPress and PHP 7.4. I tried changing
   to 7.3 and made no difference

 * This is an old version of our plugin so please update it to the latest one and
   see if everything is working like it should. If the problem still happens then
   contact our support on the support platform here [https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/](https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/).
   This is only for the questions related to our Lite version so we cannot provide
   help for the Premium plugin version.
