• I own the PRO plugin,

When i create a new folder and add a link to it, the plugin automatically add “#ame-unclickable-menu-item-1” at the end making the link unclickable, how can i keep the URL intact?

Usually, you need to use the contact form for any questions related to the Pro versions. The rules of this forum do not allow using it to provide support for paid plugins.

However, in this particular case, the free version also has the feature that makes it possible to create unclickable menu items, so I think I can probably post some basic suggestions here in case someone who has the free version runs into the same problem.

In general, the plugin will make a menu item unclickable if you set “Target page” to “< None >”. To make a clickable item, set the “Target page” to a specific admin page, or set it to “< Custom URL >” and enter the link URL in the “URL” field.

If the problem persists after changing the “Target page” setting, click the “show advanced options” link in the bottom right corner of the panel and make sure that the “CSS classes” field does not include the ame-unclickable-menu-item class.

If you have further questions, please use the contact form.

I did get a contact form message from someone with that name on the 14th and I responded on the same day. If you haven’t received that response, perhaps your mail server/spam filter is blocking the emails for some reason?

Is this a top level menu that has at least one submenu item? As you might already know, the way the admin menu works in WordPress is that when a top level menu has one or more items, that top level menu will link to the first item. So you might need to check and edit the same things for the first submenu item.
